• School Skating Party at Robben’s Roost is tomorrow, 12/16, from 6:00–8:00 PM. We hope to see you there.

• Bear Pathway Letter: Information regarding a 4th and 5th Grade elective opportunity will be coming home.

• Working Conditions Survey: This survey serves as a mid-year data point. Thank you for your participation.

• Comprehensive School Survey (CSS): The survey will open in January.

• Jackets Reminder: Please ensure your scholar brings home the jacket they arrived in each day. Unclaimed items are sent to the Clothing Assistance Program (CAP) after one week.

• Car Rider Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Please pull all the way forward so we can safely load and unload four cars at a time. Remain in your vehicle, and ensure students are ready to exit when the car stops.

• Lunch Reminder: Students should bring and eat healthy lunches at school. If you need support with food resources, please contact us. Lunches should follow SMART Snack guidelines; items such as excessive chips, candy, and sweets are discouraged.

• Student Health: Please review the child illness chart to help us maintain a healthy school environment.

Due to forecasted frigid temperatures in the early morning hours on Monday, December 15, 2025, we have made the decision to use a Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) day for students and staff. This is a gentle reminder that the upcoming Immunization Clinic for Klondike Elementary is just two weeks away.

As part of the preparation, vaccine consent forms should be sent home this week. Students who are not up to date on their immunizations should also receive a “Letter of Immunization” outlining which vaccines they are missing. Full details can be found in the protocol linked below..
