💡 DID YOU KNOW | JCPS has adopted a Language Access Plan (LAP), available in multiple languages, to help ensure multilingual students, families, and employees can communicate effectively and access district services and information in their preferred language.

The LAP explains the language support services, resources, and communication assistance available throughout the district. It also describes how JCPS provides interpretation and translation services, approved language-access technology, employee training, and multilingual communication practices across schools and programs.

If employees prefer to communicate in a language other than English, they can contact their immediate supervisor for work-related communication within their department or the appropriate district department when seeking assistance from another district office, such as Human Resources.

Schools, programs, and departments may request language support services through the Language Services Office to facilitate communication with students, families, and employees who prefer to communicate in a language other than English.

Can you help? Due to staffing changes, we are unable to offer Chorus during the day. We want to offer after school Chorus so we can continue to provide the opportunity to sing to even more students! We are seeking someone who is able to direct the students and we are flexible about how often they rehearse. We would love to be able to have them participate in the school's concerts and contests. It is time to get ready for Registration! Be sure to skip the line by completing your forms in JCPS Parent Place and paying fees on MySchoolBucks. You will see invoices listed in MySchoolBucks unless you qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch status. We will run reports at 7:00 on your Registration Day and generate a "fast pass" for those stations that allows you to skip the line. Also, visit jcps.me/ebf to complete your EBF form and make a screenshot of your confirmation to skip that line as well. EBF forms are required for ALL families, even if you believe you won't qualify. Please be sure to bring a pen with you to Registration so we can get your autograph on some additional paperwork that day. We will see you soon!
